Flagship Cruises & Events is fortunate to have an exceptional workforce and would like to add to our team. We are looking to find new and great employees via our current workforce through referrals.
As an incentive, we will provide you a gift card for the referral of hired Captains, Deckhands, or Engineers position. If you know someone who would be a good fit and you would enjoy working, please send them our way! Referral program is open to all hourly Flagship employees.
To refer an employee, please have your referral complete an on-line application. Under the Comments section write “referred by [add your name].”
Job Requirements for Open Positions:
- Vessel Captain - must have at least a 50-ton Captain’s License
- Deckhand – no experience necessary as training provided
- Engineer - must have experience working on diesel machinery
As a thank you for sending us referrals, Flagship Cruises & Events offers a $250 gift card for each referral that successfully completes 90 days of employment.
Employee referral details
- If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the gift card value will be split amongst the employees.
- Referring employee(s) will be issued the gift card 30 days after the new hire has met 90 days of successful employment.
- Referring employee(s) must be an active employee when gift card is issued
- This policy is in effect through 6/30/22
